1. Use Billy honestly
You may use Billy only for lawful, authorized purposes and in a way that does not harm another person, Billy, a provider, a network, or a third-party platform. This Policy forms part of the Billy Terms of Service.
2. Prohibited conduct
You must not use Billy to:
- commit fraud, theft, money laundering, sanctions evasion, identity misuse, chargeback abuse, or any other unlawful activity;
- use stolen funds, cards, gift cards, identities, devices, credentials, or accounts;
- misrepresent transaction evidence, ownership, identity, purpose, location, or authority;
- evade another service's verification, suspension, geographic restriction, or terms;
- harass, deceive, impersonate, spam, manipulate, exploit, or violate the rights of another person;
- probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, automate against, or bypass Billy's security or rate limits without written authorization;
- introduce malware or collect credentials, private keys, one-time codes, or sensitive information from others; or
- resell a Billy service unless we have expressly approved a reseller arrangement.
3. Service-specific responsibilities
Gift cards
Only submit cards you lawfully own and that have not been redeemed, resold, duplicated, altered, or reported lost. Evidence must be genuine and unedited except for reasonable privacy redaction that does not affect verification.
Crypto
Do not use Billy to conceal proceeds, send to a prohibited person, evade lawful controls, or participate in scams, ransomware, market manipulation, or unlicensed financial activity.
Foreign numbers
Do not use a number to impersonate, harass, create deceptive accounts, defeat a platform ban, or access a service where you are not eligible. Availability does not mean a third-party platform will accept the number.
Social services
You must own or be authorized to manage the target account or content. Do not order activity for fraud, misinformation, harassment, illegal content, artificial reviews, or any use prohibited by the relevant platform.
4. How we enforce this Policy
We may reject or pause an order, request information, preserve evidence, restrict features, suspend an account, reverse an unauthorized benefit, or report activity where reasonably necessary and lawful. We consider the seriousness, evidence, risk, and whether the conduct can be corrected.
If you believe action was taken in error, email support@billyapp.org with your account email and relevant reference. Never send a password, PIN, private key, or one-time code.
